We are constantly developing and so are our training opportunities: Join a varied office management team of 50 employees at various locations. Look after national and international customers across all insurance lines or support the digitalization of our business processes.

Take your time to determine which of these opportunities best suits your skills, or discover your talents with an apprenticeship at CONZEPTA’S.

We welcome you with an introductory week and you will experience an exciting 2.5 years of training in our company, with practical visits to all departments and training to improve your professional and personal skills.

We are a registered training company for the apprenticed professions:

You will learn:

  • The full range of our services
    advise customers on pension, insurance and asset management issues in line with their needs
  • To determine the costs and returns of insurance products
  • From the application to the payment of insurance benefits

Your profile:

  • Good school-leaving qualifications (Mittlere Reife, Fachabitur or Abitur).
  • Enjoy dealing and communicating with people because you will be in direct contact with colleagues,
    business partners and customers
  • Determination and commitment
  • Ability to work in a team and reliability for successful teamwork
  • Good manners and a well-groomed appearance
  • Basic knowledge in using a PC and Microsoft Office

You will learn:

  • Office procedures and business processes
  • Assistance and secretarial activities
  • Commercial management and control
  • Commercial processes
  • Human resources management

You will pass through various departments in order to learn methods for optimal office organization.

Your profile:
